What all do you have to do to your bathroom? Every time I get a bid like that I smile, give a look, and contractor leaves, then I go to home depot, search online etc and figure out what to do myself. Sometimes it looks less than professional, but for the most part I pull it off.
Nice thing about beind laid off is no relatives can expect gifts from me:)

Try eating alot during this time(deload) -real clean but alot of food you will like what happens when you continue eating like this into the next micro-cycle. The ātopā trainers call it āsuper-compensationā we mortals call it recovery work.

hey little brother. If I might give some advice on your bench. I notice your reps on the money set are low compared to your other lifts. Humor me and try this, cuz its what I just did, and its working wonders. On bench press only, drop your training max 15 or 20 lbs.
Once my reps on the money set were consistently over 10 reps (8 on (1) day) my bench started moving up again. Its hard to leave the ego at the door, but its made a huge difference for me. I hadnāt had a bench PR in 6 mos, now I am getting them weekly. Try it for a couple weeks, and see if it makes a big difference. If not, you can always go back up to the current training max.
Do this with bench only as a test for a few weeks. Youāll love it!
Sinus infections suck. The oddest thing: since I havenāt been going to work, my sinuses feel much better. Still have issues, but not nearly as bad when I was in cubicle landā¦

My nose is like 1/4 functional,I figure my shoulder is too so itāl work.
āfoundā an actual band today at the gym left it , maybe it will be there again.
Bench felt OK I put my feet up on plates- DUH was able to get my hips much closer to my shoulder blades
and got a much better arch flat footed seems to work better for me. Maybe I have an arch after all???
All this accessory work left me swelled up.
I have not done any shrugs in years- kind of fun.
doing this all while breathing thru the mouth was lame.
