Sorry, FightinIrish26. I thought it was a guy and a girl. My bad.

Well, considering that im 20, almost 21 and none of the above applies to me, then maybe there is hope after all.
But i know what ya mean, the other day i was talking to a guy that works with me, and he does some long distance cycling races from time to time, and he was asking me for advice, and when i started telling him about Surge, and how it could help him, he got really defensive, and said that unlike me, he wanted to stay natural.
I hate him.

you can tell him that lance armsrong used Surge and he won seven tour de france races and everybody knows that hes all NATURAL RIGHT !!

I just talked to my neighbor who about working out. I’ve heard this a thousand times “I don’t want to get big I just want to tone up my arms” I explained how he could best achieve his goals but for some reason most people who are skinny fat and don’t work out think if they start lifting and eating right they’re going to get way to big and bulky. This is why most people fail.
Yep. Its also very common among girls. They always say that as an excuse to not lift weights.
The funny thing is, when people tell me that I look at them straight in the eye and say:
“You are NOT going to get big, you are too weak and eat too little. It takes YEARS to develop a good size. Hell, I ain’t even there. So, shut up and squat.”
If its a girl I add after the 3rd sentence: “Besides you are girl, you have much lower levels of testosterone so your muscle is going to grow EVEN slower.”
The reaction to it is like slap in the face. People are stay dumbfounded for like 3sec.
Give this a try to the next emo kid who says he doesn’t want to get big. HOWEVER if your already a big guy you don’t say the 3rd line. Thats just for guys who weigh $1.80 like me ![]()

Plus tell him that he’ll never make it in cycling unless he starts doping.
THAT’S funny shit! hahahaha!

Even music is less manly. The only recent bands that have been decreed awesome enough to be in Guitar Hero are Burning Brides (rightfully so), Wolfmother (good), My Chemical Romance (way too awesome guitar for an emo band) and Avenged Sevenfold (emo metal). All the good songs are from the previous eras.
A quick look at my 14 year old little brothers song list reveals that a majority of songs are by:
Fall Out Boy
Kelly Clarkson (my little BROTHER)
Super Smash Bros. Soundtrack Music
Naruto Soundtrack Music
Dragonball Z ST
Cascada (Who makes shitty DDR Music)
Shitty DDR Music

That right there is proof that he is not too young to get his kicked in.

Considering that Bronson was a weight trainer and remained “lean & ripped” into his 60’s, you would think he’d be a role model rather than being considered “too big” (which he was not by bodybuilding standards…For actors of his generation it was only him, steve reeves and william smith until Arnold came along)…

Wow! Great pic. Thanks!
im 18 on may 27. but i want to be big. but i want to lose fat first… what should i do about that shit?
What the hell is EMO? I’m 40 so I don’t have a clue about some of this crap.
It sounds like these little shits don’t know how to be manly…I’ve got an 11 year old that is more manly than most of these teenagers I see running around these days. He’s as we say here in Texas “ALL BOY”. Hell, he even makes fun of what he calls “girlie boys” (must have learned that from me).
It all went wrong when Ritalin replaced ass whippings.
Amen to that ADHD bullshit. My child has a disease he can’t sit still he needs medecine! No bitch, what he needs is to stop pouring sugar on top of his cereal and getting every little thing he asks for.
Parents these days are so quick to pass the blame on so their children don’t look bad. What happened to if you fucked up you got whacked.
Or hell, even just the parents not being complete pussies and giving into their kids whining. I think the parents are somewhat to blame for this.
Another thing is when I was young I was the skinny kid. My friends ripped on me alllll the time which is one of the reasons I started lifting. These days though kids all WANT to be skinny little bitches with long hair so the kid that’s already fuckin anorexic is like a role model.
It’s called the Pussification of America.
Gooooooooooo Hippies!!

The real irony is that these fags idolise the appearance of this man, while they should be following his morale.(Tyler Durden the character, that is, not Brad Pitt)
That was the point of the movie, that people didn’t get. It was perfect on the bus when the other guy (man his name escapes me) looked at the underwear guy in the ad and said sarcastically “is that how a man is supposed to look” - and said it to Tyler, who DID look like that.
“Weightlifting is like an axe, and pilates are like a scalpel.” - yeah but you gotta lop down a tree. Most of my axes are as sharp as my scalpels.
Didn’t read the replies to this, but it’s simple. Brainwashing. Apparently it’s taboo to look like a strong man. I’m 24 and love putting on muscle. Your nephews are pussies. Fact of the matter is, and this isn’t something I’m particularly proud of, but more often than not I tend to pull more girls who are in relationships with guys like your nephews.
I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but girls who are in relationships with guys like that tend to get bored of them and end up leaving them for guys like me. At least that’s how it seems from where I’m standing. You need to talk some sense into your nephews. To me there’s no better joy than progress (and that applies to just about anything in life imo)
There is still hope for my generation. For example in my school Emos aren’t exactly the most popular kids and everyone just sorta expects them to be weak pussies. Only emo girls are attracted to them. But anyway I am only a beginner and until I weigh more than 200 lbs I really shouldn’t rip on anyone for being weak…

I know. But Mom and Dad don’t like us fighting (they got worried when I joined the MMA Club up at Stony Brook), so he thinks he can kick my ass. We take Tae Kwon Do and I’m a Black Belt, he isn’t and hasn’t gone since I left for college. I lift, and he doesn’t. I hold both of those over his head by saying “Are YOU a Black Belt? How much can YOU lift?” His reply? To the latter: your exercises are unnatural (free weight lifting). To the former: I have the heart of the warrior! SCREW GTA, KINGDOM HEARTS IN FUCKING UP OUR CHILDREN MORE.
