Hey all, been reading the website for maybe 2 months now, just now posting though. I’ve been cutting for the last 6 weeks or so, going with a low-carb, moderate to high fat and high protein diet. I’ve lost 10 lbs or so. Anyways, now I have spring break coming up and am trying to lose an additional 5 pounds, only problem is I leave i3 days.
Just looking for a little advice for these last stubborn pounds…they’re mostly stuck around the abdomen now. I was thinking of picking up some HOT-ROX tomorrow. Thanks now for any help.
