I am hunting a big deadlift. I use kettlebell swings to train hip hinge movement. I only do kettlebell swings daily, and sometimes deadlift. Although sometimes I feel like doing another exercise and I do other exercise. But mainly just Kettlebell Swings.
My Current deadlift is 210 kg at 73 kg bodyweight.

Here is an exercise I just did, I set a PR with Fat Gripz Extreme Dead Hang
I weigh 75 kg now with clothes and shoes and hanged from Fat Gripz Extreme for 1 minute
It helps Grip Strength

I have used Captains of Crush again after a long time of not using them.

I have an odd way of doing swings, I use a small range of motion and I do very high reps. I feel a huge pump in my deadlifting muscles this way.

I am currently dirty bulking at a rapid pace while doing lots of Kettlebell Swings and Heel Elevated Goblet Squats.
I went from 73 kg to 77 kg and my legs have grown.
I am drinking lots of whole milk.

I am waiting for the gym to open so I can deadlift 220 kg.
I am 100% certain I got this. There is no doubt in my mind !
When I deadlifted 210 kg, I weighed 73 kg. Now I weigh 77 kg due to the milk. I got this. Can’t wait for the gym to open. I took extra creatine now as well and I am drinking extra coffee for a strength boost.

I am training my neck again. I have a theory that a stronger neck will make me better at deadlifting, because the nerves and spine are in the neck. So that the body will subconciously know that the spine is more stable and the nerves are protected, it can lift more?

Ah… I failed 220 kg deadlift…
The reason I failed is because I did too many Goblet Squats at home. I felt in the warmup sets that my quads were still very sore from Goblet Squats.
I might be a bit too ambitious with the weight jumps to be honest.
I think I will just attempt 215 kg the next time I go to the gym.
Until then I will be doing Kettlebell Swings at home and Kettlebell Presses and Neck Curls. No more Goblet Squats as I seem to not recover from Goblet Squats that well.

I want to share something I did in the past, I ate lots of ginger root as a snack ! Haha
It is very good for blood flow and testosterone.
This 4 liters of whole milk per day strategy is granting me good results.
The skin of my forearms feels tight because of the rapid growth.
