No more gallon of whole milk. It made me a bit bloated and slow, lazy feeling.
The new plan is to eat a 6 egg omelet, along with 2 liters of skimmed milk.

Subcutaneous fluid retention, a layer or āfilmā of fluid over your muscles just below the surface of the epidermis. Milk is good at that in some people. Often mistaken for muscle growth.

PR with neck extensions as well, 20 kg for 101 reps.
When I was lighter I could only do about 60 reps.
You need to rest more WEEKS. Multiple failed deadlifts are crushing your CNS. Backdown and rebuild

I made a routine for my self that I will try to stick to.
The routine goes like this:
Everyday at home:
Kettlebell Swings, Ring Chinups, Captains of Crush
Every 2-3 days at Gym:
Barbell Rows, Back Extensions
Every 2-3 weeks at Gym:
Deadlift Max Test
What do you guys think? I am training with high volumes while consuming lots of calories.
I would test my deadlift max every 6 months at the most. I donāt see a benefit to such frequent max testing. I would spend more time building the deadlift instead.
