No more gallon of whole milk. It made me a bit bloated and slow, lazy feeling.
The new plan is to eat a 6 egg omelet, along with 2 liters of skimmed milk.

Likely inflammation not hypertrophy

What are the symptoms of inflammation?

I am giving the 220 kg Deadlift another shot in a few hours.

Subcutaneous fluid retention, a layer or ā€œfilmā€ of fluid over your muscles just below the surface of the epidermis. Milk is good at that in some people. Often mistaken for muscle growth.

Vlog, I am going for 220 kg again today. I believe I got it this time. It’s better to say I’m not 100% sure. Everytime I say I am 100% sure something is going to happen it will not happen… Haha…

Yes it looks very silly

PR with neck extensions as well, 20 kg for 101 reps.
When I was lighter I could only do about 60 reps.

Damn, I should have rested more days.
Next time I will get it though. It did come up higher.

You need to rest more WEEKS. Multiple failed deadlifts are crushing your CNS. Backdown and rebuild

You are right, I will rest more.

I made a routine for my self that I will try to stick to.

The routine goes like this:

Everyday at home:
Kettlebell Swings, Ring Chinups, Captains of Crush

Every 2-3 days at Gym:
Barbell Rows, Back Extensions

Every 2-3 weeks at Gym:
Deadlift Max Test

What do you guys think? I am training with high volumes while consuming lots of calories.

I could have done more but I got distracted

I tried it again, I set a PR of 52 reps with 20 kg

I would test my deadlift max every 6 months at the most. I don’t see a benefit to such frequent max testing. I would spend more time building the deadlift instead.
