Keto Diet Plus Boxing Training Plan (Advice??)

I think i have all my problems ironed out here, but i want to run it by you guys to check for error.

I’m 5’10 and 180 lbs. i dont know my bodyfat, but i see abs. i used to be 250 lbs so this last bit of bodyfat is stubborn. i have a small spare tire and stretched skin.

as far as training goes, i got a kick ass workout. hahaha.

Boxing training 2hrs, sun, mon, tue, wed. usually 1 hr 45min total workout time. coach doesnt let us rest. i get 300 + crunches every day with this training. (25 at a time between every 2 minute drill)

mon and thursday i do weight training as well. i like doing 45 min supersets. i keep my heart rate up and push it every time.
also, i work at a gym so i can sometimes lift when no one is around.

as far as diet goes, im beginning a keto diet. i plan on maintaining 2000 cal. this is rougly my BMR (cal needed for daily function w/o exersize).

I will take in 40% protein and 60% fat. and yes i will maintain around 30g of carbs. (i will probably stay in the high 20’s just to feel certain) sun-thur will be my 60/40 days. fri and sat will be my carb loading days,(15% protein, 25% fat, and 60% carbs). and i will stay within 2000 calories on those days as well.

on boxing days, i estimated my calorie expenditure to be 1,000 (roughly) over my BMR (cal needed daily w/no excersize). on thur day i go over around 350 cal (roughly). these are by no means exact numbers, but thats about 4,350 cal from fat that i should burn in a week.

I apologize for the unnecessary amount of information for some of you, but maybe it can show some new guys how much hard work goes into a training and diet program. (even one that your unsure of)

I’m interested how this will work out. I’m a believer that too much intense training on a keto diet will cause muscle loss. I get much better results if my cardio is light bpm 125 or less but my goals are quite different than yours.
