keto diet help

This is one for the female dieters. What are the meal fillers for protein needs. My wife will get fruit and some breakfast carbs then it’s protein and more protein. She will get bored with the basics chicken, meat and eggs so what are the snack and 3:00 & 9:00 meals?
And what are your thoughts about ace-K and aspartame that are in jellos and puddings that have no carbs??? thanks for any info…
