On the upper body days I box, although only with the heavy bag. I go as many rounds as I can muster. On lower body days I ride the bike.
It may not be the best, but it is what I have at my disposal right now.

No sir, as the program only calls for 1x3 but i did 6. I can be honest and say I could have probably knocked out 10reps, but I do not want to kill my week. ![]()
I can also honestly say I can do 3x6@405 aswell. Just not within the 5/3/1 PL program.
