Well, being that I brewed it myself, and the powder I got came from a very trustworthy source (and believe me when I say I have a good handle on the integrity of my sources) and the end product came with ALL of the sides typically associated with tren (see: massive increases in strength and incredible nutrient partitioning/body recomposition when not even dieting, bed-soaking night sweats, insomnia, irritability/aggression, and, more indicative than anything else, an immediate, nearly crippling drop in cardiovascular endurance. If it wasn’t tren, then I want to know just what the hell it was that I was taking!

Now, all of this said, I believe we are having this discussion in the wrong thread, as it’s pretty far off topic (what the hell is the topic, btw?) and the right people do not appear to be seeing it. So, because of that, I think I’ll start a new thread about this.

they lost some mass during the cycle, but after pct they came right back, my second cycle they didn’t really drop a whole lot of size at all, probbly because i used hcg.

1 month later… update for you guys

Weight is at 214 (+4 since last update)
Bodyfat is same
Bench: 225x15, 315x1 (big time PR)
Squat: 365x2
Clean: 225x2

Measurements are pretty much the same, but lifts have gone up some more.

WELL GUYS, SORRY IT’S BEEN A WHILE… HERE’S AN UPDATE FOR EVERYONE.

I came off over the summer and lost quite a bit. I worked at a bar and didn’t get out of work until 3-4 am every night I worked… slept all day the next day… my diet was shit, I didn’t work out but 10 times over the summer. And I was off steroids, I lost a ton… I don’t even want to tell you all how low I dropped… I was down to around 192 at the beginning of this semester of college. basically lost my 2nd cycle’s gains.

I realized how much I’d let myself go, and started hitting the gym and my diet hard again. I trained for about 6 weeks naturally, got up to about 200 naturally, and hopped back on.

I have been on since October 1st, basically. At the end of twelve weeks… well… (beginning of oct - end of dec = 12-13 weeks)

1-12/current Testosterone @ 800
3-12/current Deca @ 300-600 (started at 600 but hated the suppression of sex drive, dropped it to 300)
7-11 Dbol @ 40 mg /day

Starting at ~200 @ 13% bodyfat, I am currently at:

235 @ 13-14% bodyfat

Bench: estimated 350 (switched over to higher reps)… 3x10 looks like: 245x10, 255x10, 265x10… can do 315x5
Squat: roughly 400… again, I’m doing high reps
Deadlifts: Haven’t been doing them that much lately, maybe once every 10 days

Current measurements:
Arms: 18.125"
Neck: 18"
Chest: 48"
Quads: 26.5"
Calves: 16" (eek)

Still wear a size 34 jean… now I wear a 2XL shirt… haha.

I will try to get some pics up, but I’m traveling with my family for the holidays… I had some downtime so figured I’d post up on T-Nation.

My plan is to continue running about 800-1000 mg of test per week, and the deca at 300 mg. I’m running hcg @ 500 iu’s per week still… no testicular atrophy.

I’m going to stay on until may probably… a long cycle…

I may enter an NPC novice competition in april, but I’m not sure I can be ready by then.

I’d like to put on about 10-15 more lbs and then cut down to around 220-225… maybe enter the competition if I can get there by april, if not, no big deal… but that’s my goal.

Hey KVA,
Yeah it’s been a long time indeed. Don’t sweat the down time, life seems to happen to all of us, interfering at it’s own whim and that’s just the way it goes. Muscle memory is a beauty, and I’m sure you’ll continue to progress to bigger and better things now.
I didn’t talk much with you before, but always followed your thread which was entertaining and fun to read. You accomplished quite a bit imo, and have a good head on your shoulders.
Good luck on the comp, keep us informed of things. You may well want to keep an eye on your health if you decide to keep running all of the goodies till May. Safe is good, sorry isn’t, as you know. I would say to check blood levels while you’re on the run.

thanks man i appreciate it.

i won’t be running everything til may, just test obviously. i’m probably going to drop teh deca within a few weeks, take a few off from anything besides test, maybe even cruise at 300, then hop on a low dose of tren ace to lean out for the comp.

not really preoccupied with winning, just want to get my taste of competition

I just went through this whole thread and I gotta say much kudos to you Kay. You maintained an open mind, welcomed even the harshest of criticism, and you realize that your gains are only as good as your diet and training. This thread provides invaluable info to me as I prepare to start my first cycle. I wish you the best of luck in your studies and keep liftin’ brother.

A side note on the only as good as diet and training thing. Remember the old thing about gains being 40% diet, 30% training, 20% rest, 10% supplements? I’d have to say that if you nail everything, the 10% turns into a 200% multiplier… meaning your gains will be astronomical compared to what you could gain naturally. however, if your diet/training isn’t down… then someone natural can easily gain more than you.

Welcome back man. Just as an aside, I don’t take issue with what you are doing, just be careful with getting addicted to this. I know a guy who stays on for long periods of time. When he comes off he doesn’t lift and things just turn to shit for him and he has to scramble for more gear to feel normal again. Just don’t fall into that trap :wink:

yeah, i could see that being an easy trap to fall into. after my summer, i don’t think i could stand to see that happen again so i’ll do my best to keep training hard when i come off.
