Hey CT, I havent seen you talk too much about this move and just wanted to clarify its purpose.

The only time I’ve seen it actually in one of your programs was as the first movement in the Indigo workouts, is it reasonable to say that this is a good first movement in a back focused workout to pump blood into the area and establish a good mind-muscle connection? It certainly doesn’t seem like a Main exercise, but I do remember getting a KILLER contraction with it.

I see it as a:

  1. A way to learn to fire the lats when you have poor mind muscle connection with them

  2. A way to finish a workout by pulling more blood/nutrients into the muscle

It wont really build mass by itself but it can enhance other parts of your workout.
