Introducing the Katterbach Junkyard. We are a group of aspiring LW strongmen training out of Katterbach Germany. As of today, we have 5 members and counting. Our strongman equipment is limited, but growing. Currently we have various tires and field stones, a prowler, kegs and barrels, and sandbags. A log and farmer’s walk is on order.
My first use of this thread will be recruitment. Anybody in this area of Germany, or traveling through, is welcome to join us for training. Post here, or PM me for more info.
Second, I will be using this a training log, to document what we are doing, and to leave room for critics and suggestions.
