Press - 5 with 101lbs oops, i ended adding 101lbs instead of 97lbs

7 with 125lbs PR! i am amazed by the progress on press.

I was extremely tired today, even took a power nap and got impressed with the excellent workout i was able to do.

Rorion Gracie is coming to visit my family on 05 may, more motivation than ever to train like a madman.

My calves are so sore that i can barely walk, i’m walking all funny when going up or down on stairs.

One Arm DB Row - 71lbs 8/8/8/10 made 45sec rest and added 2 reps to last set.

bench press - 5 with 136lbs
3 with 154lbs
7 with 176lbs maybe i had one last rep in me, but i was scared i was gonna suffocate myself not being able to bench it.

Pushups - 12/12/12/12/8 i guess the plp is making wonders.

Cable Pushdown - 13lbs 8/8/8/8/8 last 2 sets with 15lbs, damn my elbows, i tried switching different types of bars to see if it got better and i’m probably ditching this one too.

Hanging Leg Raise - 12/12/12/10

4-way Neck Training - 6lbs 10/10/10/10

today was cold as hell,

I’ll guess i’ll deload this week, give my joints a break I did 3 cycles of 5/3/1 without a break.

Infraspinatus - 18lbs 12/12 i guess this exercise is stimulating more my tendonitis than my infraspinatus, he paid his dues, i’m changing exercise.

Facepull - 20lbs 10/10/10 warmed up with a lot of reps.

Nice workout, i guess the unplanned pigout from yesterday gave me a boost.

One Arm DB Row - 71lbs 10/10/10/10/10 impressed i was able to outrep every set

Back Extension - 11lbs 12/12/12/12 first one was bw

DB Hammer Curl - 31lbs 8/8/8 added one set.

Assisted Pullups - 11lbs 5/5/5/5 decided to pullups to the dl day.

Workout was a PR fest, i’m really happy about it.

No PLP today, too tired.

weight at 220.2 and waist at 43.3, punny but now i’ve reached 16.1 inches arms

lost 1.2lbs and 0.4 inches

damn, i wish it was faster.

12 with 159lbs nice PR again.

Pushups - 12/12/8/8/8 don’t know what happened today with my pushup

band extensions - 30

tried some different exercises for triceps, but today right elbow flared up, ended up doing band extensions

doing some ice right now.

5 with 123lbs i forgot it was supposed to be 119lbs
7 with 132lbs no wonder i did more reps i forgot it was supposed to be 136lbs

DB Step up - 22lbs 8/8/8/8 i’m glad i changed it, i was sick of doing so many lunges.
