Last time I saw ‘em was a couple of years ago at madison square garden… the power went out during powerslave and they continued the set without finishing it. Was very angr, but the rest of the show was great. Steve Harris’ daughters band was the opening act and it was fucking horrible, though.

I was watching Flight 666 the other day, His 3 daughters are beautiful it must awesome having Steve Harris as a father.
They are actually really nice, this year on Rio the barricade fell off and they had to cancel the show, so for public safety they decided to do an extra show on the next day for free.

Inverted Grip Barbell Rows - 135lbs 10 really felt the forearms working
I guess i’ll set with pendlay rows after all that testing.
Back Extension - 9lbs 12/12/12/12 first one was bw, back was kinda of stiff after dl.
DB Curl - 31lbs 8/8/8 felt really the biceps and forearm, better stimulation than Hammers.
Assisted Pullups - 11lbs 5/5/5/3 last one was BW

Had Lunch today with Rorion Gracie and he talked about the Gracie Diet and gave me a lot of presents, i’m thinking of testing it for 2 weeks just to try. He said that until my fight i will have high energy levels, but i don’t like the ideia of only 3 meals a day. But whatever, it’s a experience.
