i know you feel about itching to get back to the gym. I was not able to work out at all for about 3 weeks after severely injuring my foot at work, and i was doing even lamer workouts than the one above just to keep from going crazy.

well the goal is to fly planes, but right now all i do is load and unload cargo planes. It sounds easy, but its not. For example one of our planes carries 13,500lbs of cargo and at %90 of the destinations we go to we have to unload it all by hand :S. Fortunately i’m back to being able to do upper body workouts, pretty much impossible to get any leg drive on the bench press at this point though ![]()
