Push Press - 6x3 110lbs
Hang Clean - 7x5 110lbs
Clean and Press - 5x3 tried working up to a set 154lbs RM and failed on the push press part
Night
HIIT - Hill Sprints 4 bursts
cut short because i was stupid for thinking i could do hill sprints and felt my groin

Bench Press - 132lbs 8/8/6/6 grip is wider than the one i used to do.
Press - 80lbs 8/8/5/6
DB Lateral Raises - 13lbs 12/12/12/11 last set with 15lbs
Triceps Pushdown - 3x10
OH DB Triceps press - 35lbs 10/10/9 good, didn’t felt my left shoulder nagging.
Seated Calf Raises - 13 5x15 last 2 sets with 14

I know how you feel, my foot is finally starting to get better, and i’m having major tendonitis in my elbow making pressing days almost impossible. ARG, grumble grumble.

I am interested as to how your number of forum posts correlates to your level of muscularity or your progress in bodybuilding. Having thousands of posts and an early join date obviously did not translate into serious progress in putting on muscle mass for kaiser, yet he continues to put others down.

He is not a bodybuilder as far as I understand, he`s a fighter, so judging his progress based on bodybuilder standards are misguided. Check out his progress regarding fighting.
And he is not known for putting others down, believe me there are others here who are fare more negativ towards others. Kaizer is one of the good guys when it comes to forum etiquette.
But why did you choose to start your forum action with putting kaizer down and should you not provide some pics of yourself and your progress before you put other peoples progress down? Why not send him a pm instead if he`s conduct on this boards bothers you.

i know how it is, unless i warm up thoroughly and choose wisely the exercises is asking for the that damn elbow to flare up, if you have any tips on how to improve that damn tendonitis feel free to share, i would gladly use the advice.

I would love to see your progress, i do not put others down i simply state what has to be done in order to achieve their goals, it is as simple as that.
If only physique and strength be the major aspect of fighting Mariusz wouldn’t having been so much trouble with his transition.(WAR PUDZ!)

My physique does suck and i’m really looking to improve it on 2012 and get to decent deadlift numbers.

Front Squat - 45lbs 4x10 went only with the bar on both to see if i could get some blood flowing to the groin, it hurt a little bit still no good
Deadlift - 4x8 200lbs PR!
Sumo Deadlift - 8/8/8/6 200lbs grip was toasted
Good Morning - 4x10 with a pause at the bottom while maintaining contraction
Leg Curl - 10/10/10/6
I felt drained after deadlifts, i mean really exhausted, i guess weekend and skyrim weren’t so forgiving

Have been dealing with some nasty problems since the beginning of the year, life just kicked me in the nuts and i’ve been trying to get back on the wagon.
Well i’ve been back to training for like 1 month since a serious injury that took me out since january.
Slowly i hope to get back in shape. I’ve not yet been back to weight lifting, only to Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA. I hope i can maintain a steady pace again.
