Really enjoyd reading about your preparation and thoughts going into the fight and about the fight it self. Too bad about the stoppage due to the injury. Sounds like it was a good match up and fight until that injury.
Bro, can’t wait for your next fight, so I hope you heal up really fast.

i really hope i can get the hang of the video.
I can’t wait for it too, i want to back to training and soon as possible and get in great shape.
I’m actually thinking of trying some wrestling competitions at the beginning of 2012 or something like that.
doctor cleared me this week to do some light cardio without impact like elliptical or recumbent bike and some light weight lifting without laying or doing like abs or anything that might be on horizontal.
i was itching to go the gym, but i arrived on the close time just got time to put some
Pullups - 4/4/2/2
DB Curls - 31lbs 4x8
lame i know but it was the only thing i could do fast enough.

i know you feel about itching to get back to the gym. I was not able to work out at all for about 3 weeks after severely injuring my foot at work, and i was doing even lamer workouts than the one above just to keep from going crazy.

what do you work with?
ouch! hurting foot and not being to train must suck.
Cardio - 20 minutes running I know the doctor said i couldn’t do any activity more strenuous but i couldn’t take and it went just fine, went to run on the streets and my nose didn’t bleed or anything
Hope you are 100% soon so you are able to give it you all :)[/quote]
i’m so happy about it.
4 months ago i couldn’t do even 2 without assistance and i thought i wasn’t going to be able to do it, i get impressed everyday with those small improvements but to me they are big steps.

well the goal is to fly planes, but right now all i do is load and unload cargo planes. It sounds easy, but its not. For example one of our planes carries 13,500lbs of cargo and at %90 of the destinations we go to we have to unload it all by hand :S. Fortunately i’m back to being able to do upper body workouts, pretty much impossible to get any leg drive on the bench press at this point though
my edit on my original post was because i thought your workout said 311 lb dumbbell curls. lol, then I realized it was ME who read it wrong.
