A lot of them cut fat, I didn’t say stop eating fat all together. Have you seen what some of these guys eat in the offseason, newsflash it’s not always what you read on the internet or in a magazine.

I wonder what the caloric breakdown of that meal is, not that it matters, you can tell its a shit ton. Has anyone ever been to a Brazilian BBQ place? I think it’s called a Churrascaria, and its awesome. All you can eat of different meats that are marinaded, its insane. They just keep bringing out the meat over and over, if you love meat go check one out. I have heard Fogo Di Chao is great.

I went to Sal & Carvao a few times before it became Fugo de Chao, yea that shit is the BOMB.
