Kai’s new DVD, the sequel to overkill, redemption, is up on that other site, the gay cheesy one. part one, the dvd isn’t available yet but floddydiddingdotwam is doing a pre-screening.

if he’s guest posing now, i’d be amazed, especially Dexter’s show…most folks, top pros won’t guest pose this close to the O, they keep things a secret.
bet you a buck he doesn’t guest pose…guest speaker, yes…taken off his cloths, no. for a buck.
Dexter Jackson even said Kai would be guest posing a couple days ago in an interview.
Maybe Kai’s really confident for the O? Get some hype(marketing buzz) before stepping up in a few weeks…
LOL at those who believe Greene is human.

Yep, they said he’s doing a routine last night, and that there will be 2 other guest people. I’m pretty sure jay cutler posed last year.

Not everyone is Dorian Yates and comes out of nowhere… a lot of these guys are visible year round.
It’s not a bad idea to use a guest pose as a trial run to work on water manipulation/carb loading strategy.
Kai at the Dexter Classic (I was wrong he guest posed) weighing in at a re-carbed 300lbs at like 6wks out from the O.
If he can be full yet match the condition of the Aussie Pro he’ll smash at the O, maybe even beat mr. cutler, phil heath has nothing for him if he’s conditioned.
even me, as a kai nuthugger wishes he’d man up the music a bit and lose the red guest posing boots, less strip club and more predator juggernaut shit.
that said, he’s def brought up his traps, upper chest, thickness in the triceps, his upper chest is looking sick.
GORILLA MUSCLE in 2010.

I would say way more than that. Is stomach is probably full, he will drop more fat, and a lot of water. Im pretty sure that will be more than a 14lbs drop
Well from the above post he is 300 now after some carbs (full stomach), which means a 40lb drop in 6 weeks to reach his previous contest weight.
His contest weight for the 2009 arnold was around 260lb if I recall correctly. I wouldn’t put it past him to of gained another 15-20lbs of muscle.
After thinking about it more though I’d change my guess to 275lb =P

You may have heard of it, I believe they call it the “Olympia”.
;)
Yea I think I’ve heard of it. I knew it was a retarded question, I was just busy at work.
I think I might go this year.

It’s really interesting to see Kais transitions here. If you look at the original pictures put up by the OP of nine weeks out, the variation is surprising (to me, at least).
I can’t wait to see what he brings to the O.
jesus his upper chest looks great in that pic!

Yeah he does he is the man
along w/ this there is a 4 part series, a panel discussion w/ dexter, kai, darren charles, lenda murray, charles glass and others.
dexter jokes about how much kai eats and how dex eats like a bird, dex seems cool as hell, thankful and supportive of Kai, a sense of common ground between them comes across and is refreshing.
here is part 1 of the panel discussion

Bodybuilding overall needs to go back to the old days, I’m tired of looking at these mass monsters coming in at 280lbs on stage with a 45 inch slin/gh gut. Guys are killing themselves to get up to these ridiculous weights and then having a hard time getting down to contest shape (i.e trey brewer), just for the sake of saying “oh i was 310 in the offseason.” Maybe they shouldn’t come in so lean as well, but as long as the fans continue to demand these monstrous guys that are shredded it will continue to be this way. I really hope bodybuilding can get back to the classic physiques which were truly beautiful instead of these blocky creatures they now call a bodybuilder.
Dude, your post would fit in if this were around 2002, but there are just too many guys who do have that X-frame winning lately to even write what you did.
They are cheering on Ced McMillan, not Markus Rhul, to win the O in the future.
That last vid you posted is also a little off. They were often catching off season bodybuilders and making an issue of their stomach not being flat. Guess what, when you weigh 280lbs or more and are eating POUNDS of food every 3 hours or so, your stomach won’t be flat unless you go several hours with no food and start dieting for a contest.
Yes bodybuilding is starting to realize its flaws and I’m very glad guys like Ced, Ed Nunn and Toney Freeman are starting to win over guys with huge guts. I very much so realize that its impossible to keep a tight waist at that weight, that’s why as I said bodybuilding should go back to the old days and penalize the guys who obviously don’t have a tight waist and I think we would begin to see the beautiful physiques again.
Agreed 100% man, what does it matter if youre 300lbs on stage or not if you still look like a fatass?
Obesity epidemic catches onto bodybuilding!
Ok what the hell?! We’re only 5 weeks out now and Kai is still weighing in the 290s. I mean…he does look leaner than 4 weeks ago…but basically no difference in weight? Really?
they took a photo of him on the scale at Bev’s, he’s 294lbs at 5 wks out!!!
he might be in the 270’s on stage at the O. if he’s peeled he wins going away, this is my hope not a fact.
Amazing…

What the hell are you even talking about? Kai Greene looks obese to you?
WHO on the pro stage currently looks like what you just wrote?
It matters a whole lot if they are 300lbs and lean like many of these guys are. Please, point out all of the “fat asses” on the Olympia stage.
