How about being as lean as possible without the risk of dropping dead backstage (or worse, ON stage). I would fully support a complete ban on diuretics, and would hope they’d stick to their guns next time.
My favorite BB’er of all time is Flex Wheeler. Not for how lean he was, not for how dry he could get, and not even really for how big he was. The way his muscles fit together is like a work of art. His symmetry, proportions, overall shape, and individual muscle shape couldn’t be drawn any more impressively by a master artist. No competitor could top that just by being leaner or more dry.
I think we are moving back towards the artistic view of what this sport is supposed to be, and I hope the trend continues.

I would say way more than that. Is stomach is probably full, he will drop more fat, and a lot of water. Im pretty sure that will be more than a 14lbs drop
if he’s guest posing now, i’d be amazed, especially Dexter’s show…most folks, top pros won’t guest pose this close to the O, they keep things a secret.
bet you a buck he doesn’t guest pose…guest speaker, yes…taken off his cloths, no. for a buck.
