Dips killed the shoulder so I had to do less of them.

Shoulder still a problem but I think i am going to have to just nut up and live with it. half way thru the V diet and coasting to the end. Thinking about doing something like south beach or carb cycling when this is done…

I think i am on a quest to get healthyfor awhile anyway. Get lean and pain free for at least a couple of months. The I will f up my body again, lol

I lifted Sunday but i am too lazy to write it down, lol. It was the same light crap I been doing with 45 second rest intervals. I can’t wait to get back to a powerlifting circuit. It’s the end of week three with one more week to go. I cheated a bit on last nights meal and ate the rolls at the Texas Roadhouse, yummy! Had a big steak and a Caesar Salad…Pics coming at the end of next week…
