Even though I am working around the clock, the great thing about being your own boss is you can take time off whenever you want. No more asking someone for permission. My employees have been killing it. They don’t know it yet but I’m about to give everyone next week off (with pay of course). I know my employees would appreciate it. No week off for me, but I can handle a week without my team. At least I hope!

Lol thats what I was saying at the end. I literally crawled to get water lol.

Lol, yeah that was definitely more accurate. 135x50 felt like it took 10 minutes and like I had 300lbs on my back after rep 30.

Quads looked super juicy in the mirror though once I was able to stand up lol.

Lol. Squatting 3x a week, steak burritos, 2000 cal breakfast I think has helped this tremendously lol. 385x5 is still a bit of grinder from reps 3-5. So got a way to go before I own it!

Lol, one day with volume, one day high reps, and one day pushing for that 5RM! Steak burritos are the true helper though haha!

I HAVE NEVER FELT DOMS LIKE THIS IN MY LEGS IN MY LIFE.
Yesterday’s workout was ridiculously stupid. I’m not working out legs for like 3-4 days.

Yesterday day session beat me up pretty bad, so just going to do some active recovery today.

Lol na man. You know for the longest time I think I was really under eating. I think my body is built to squat (now that I know how to lol). Once I hit 405 though that will be my working max for the rest of my life. Can’t maintain this level of intensity forever. Once I’m there time to put my focus to OHP. Now if I can OHP 225 at under 170lbs then steaks might get enhanced lol.
