No man, not currently at least. I surpassed everything I ever thought I would do so I don’t have anything definite right now training wise. I think I do want to chase a 5 minute mile though. That would be awesome.

I genuinely hope you can do what you say you can do, because I’ve always enjoyed any interactions and I believe you to be a positive influence on these forums. I am conflicted though in that I’m unsure whether your seemingly miraculous gains give the message that great things can be achieved with hard work, or that unachievable things can be achieved with hard work. The first is a great message, the second can be very destructive.
It’s ok man. I’m gonna take a break from the forums and return when I feel comfortable giving proof. The burden of proof falls on me and I completely and 100% agree and understand that. There’s no malicious feelings towards anyone here.
The message in my log is very simple.
You can become the very best version of yourself with lots of hard work, consistency, and discipline. You only need to prove it to yourself and no one else. You can unlock things that you and even others never knew were possible. Genetics will determine your ceiling, but only you determine your floor.
Genuinely hope you don’t. I don’t understand where all this proof nonsense started. It’s not as if you’ve made such ridiculous gains in strength that it is impossible. You started this log with something like a sub 200 back squat, began eating a shit ton and realized as a 5’7” man that you’re built to squat and press due to height and limb length.
I truly hope you continue posting brother.
