They were taking 1.5 hours. I budget 1 hour a day for physical activity, so I think I just have to spread it out to more days in order to meet that time requirement. I mean even though I take short rest periods, some days it does take longer to warm up.

Yes I’m 5’7 and weigh 186 right now. But funny thing is I’m really built to press and squat (short arms, broad shoulders, long torso, short legs, big hands).

But you’re numbers are beyond good leverages.
For sure man, it’s a lot of hard work, eating quality foods, consistency and awesome genetics. I think in the last 4 years of lifting I’ve only missed 7 total days in the gym. I’ve been blessed to only have one injury in my lifting life. But I’ll post some videos in 2020. Just waiting to record a full lifting session (like Punisher did with BTM) so everyone can see how really hard I work!
