Not one you can really use on people when your name is Matt, unfortunately.
Wanna get big and strong? Eat 3-4 meals a day that look like this
Bison + Lamb Bacon Patty
2 eggs muffins
Sweet potatoes
Asparagus
Whole Mango
@studhammer there’s a picture of nutty’s toes if that does anything for you.
you sick bastard!
Edit: them are some pretty strong toes!
How many ounces? I fear I’m letting my meat consumption creep up to unnecessary levels… I made nine hamburger patties out of four pounds of beef last week.
That’s only 7 oz per patty. 1/2 lbs plus or minus.
My patties are usually 1/3-1/2 lb. I eat 6lbs of meat week now vs the 5 I was for a while.
An entire mango?!
Of course man, I eat it like an apple. Just bite into it lol. Who eats half a mango? haha
Wait, you eat the skin too? Mind blown.
I only do if the skin is not bitter. If the skin is bitter, I’ll cut it up. But if it’s not, I’ll eat that too. Why waste it haha! Lots of cultures eat the whole thing.
First time I heard of someone eating mango skin…
…considering that I live in a country with arguably the best mangoes in the world!
THANK YOU!
My wife makes fun of me for doing this haha

Dinner tonight:
Half pound lamb patty with harissa seasoning, melted emmental cheese, red onion, sliced tomato, with a roasted eggplant and garlic purée spread onto flatbread buns. Sounds right up your alley, nutty.
Sounds amazing! That’s a good quality meal right there! I had lamb stew tonight, but pretty bland. Gotta let people know there is way more meat out there than just chicken, beef, and tuna!
Dude! Harissa is literally a key ingredient in Moroccan lamb stew! Smokey and spicy- the flavors that prevent such a hearty meal from being bland.
