Hey Nutty, what is your rest time between sets. You’re going very heavy (IMO) and its would be taxing on me and my joints. Just wondering.

Anywhere from 1-2 minutes. I’ve been doing the low rest times for basically 2 years now, so my body is completely use to handling big weights with very little rest time in between.

Yes they are BW chin-ups because I love BW work. I prefer not to use weighted chin-ups because it’s a bitch to setup for me honestly lol.

At some point I do want to do a 12 week cycle where I do weighted pull-ups/chin-ups though and see how that goes. Just waiting for the right time!

I don’t know if I’m right but I’m not that sure weighted chins/pull ups are better than BW. You can always slow down on everything and get a massive pump.

Thanks! Yeah man the last 3 years is where I really took off. It started with just being consistent in the gym, pushing myself and not missing days, and honestly eating for performance.

But I’m nothing special plenty of people can hit a 500 dl, 400 squat, 300 bench, 200 ohp in 3 years of really busting their ass if they really want it. My genetics pushed my ceiling further, but as a floor anyone can hit those numbers for sure.
