Pic taken at 207lbs but its been taken just now… after my meal 7/7 of the day + a lot of rice krispies bar as cheat… like…10…

Stomach was wayyyy full and distended before/when taking the pic lol

Still I think if we compare to any pic in the mirror like this I’d look smaller (sorry ID but i know u loveee this mirror)


left : 5weeks out empty stomach 197lbs
right : 1week pot, loaded stomach, 207lbs

We just added about 500cals cause I was starving about 2hours pwo pretty much every day lol

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that mirror makes Z look smaller?

I remember being ravenous post contest as well. It was almost impossible to eat enough. It tapered off…after 4 weeks! Enjoy it!

John allowed me to post my diet so i’ll go ahead and post exactly what I currently eat on training days (you guys should thank him!!)

Meal 1 : 4 organic free range eggs
1/2 Tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil (cook in)
1 cup of spinach or any other veggies you like (optional)
4 slices ezekial toast w/ 1/2 tablespoon of organic butter

Meal 2 : 50 grams of whey iso (or any blend for that matter)
1 cup cooked white rice
1 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Meal 3 : 8 oz cooked any lean meat (horse, turkey, chicken, or red meat)
1 cup of any green veggie
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup pecans/almonds/cashews/brazil nuts/walnuts/ or pistachios

Meal 4 (45mins pre workout) : 50 grams of whey iso (or any blend for that matter)
1/2 cup dry cream of rice
1 tbs of almond butter
0 calorie chocolate syrup

Meal 5 (intra workout) : Plazma (195 grams - 3 scoops) in 1500 mls of water

Meal 6 (1hour post workout) : 8 oz lean meat such as a sirloin, eye of round, filet, or top round
2 cups cooked white rice
1.5 oz of raisins (43 grams)

Meal 7 : 8 oz cooked any lean meat (turkey, chicken, or steak)
1 cup cooked Brown Rice Penne Pasta
use some pasta sauce - make it taste good
1 cup of any green veggie - optional

Meal 8 : 8 oz cooked any lean meat (turkey, chicken, or steak)
1 cup sweet potato (200 grams)

Protein : 445g
Carbs : 518g
Fats : 95g
Calories : 4707

The Plazma intra workout provides more than enough for recuperation! I just have it during my workout instead of after :slight_smile:

First off, much respect man - you’re fucking awesome.

Second of all, the amount of time you put into answering questions, keeping us updated, etc - it really goes to show what a dedicated, genuine person you are. And I just wanna say we all appreciate it.
