Ok had to drop in and give you a congratulations… Well done… and the best part of doing your first show is you get a great opportunity to really see your weaknesses and what you need to change in order improve your standings as well as the next time your posing will just get easier and better… Job well done.

Totally agree! Knowing exactly what I need to improve and knowing how my body reacts to certain things gives me, I feel, so much more control and power over what I’ll look like at the next contest… I now no I can get in very good contionning, and also know how much I need to actually fill out (I NEED A DAMN LOT)

The way my body’s changed post contest is pretty cool
I was about 189-190 on stage for contest day
The following day after binging after the show I was 194
I DID NOT go all out crazy and eat whatever after that. I had two cheat meals, thats it.
My weight was 197 this morning
Im obviously not as dry as when I was 189 lol but Im still very lean and I look soooooo much bigger… im really looking forward to this offseason
