Well, after years of lurking on T-Nation, this thread (after checking your first one near daily) prompted me to register for an account.
Good luck in this phase of your training.
Also, and I’m sure this is mentioned somewhere, but I can’t find it: What is “plasma?”
Finally: I would have had the order for the contest with you winning, the guy who won in 2nd (his quads were nice, but he was boxy, and the the 3rd placed guy at 3rd.).

superb thread thanks for all the detail provided.
how much is your food bill?
does Plazma take the place of Anaconda/ other intra stuff completely?
how are you going to measure progress? weekly/monthly pics? weigh in? strength? everything?[/quote]
Food bill is aprox 100$/week give or take
Like week cost more but then I get rice for 2-3 weeks, coconut oil, evoo, nuts, peanut butter for more than a week so yeah, about 100$
Plazma takes the place of anaconda yeah, its all im using intra workout and dont have anything until 1h pwo
Progress is measured with weight every week, pics every 2weeks, fattest area skinfold measured every week, strenght and general energy levels
