Yes
One of the biggest advantage right there!
Having a photoshoot today, nothing big just to have some more “professional” shots to have something to send if I want to be in local fitness magazine or something
Awesome work zraw!
I will be following along and enjoying the ride. You are going to do great.
We did similar in our contests. I was the leanest/driest and beating many heavier guys, but I took second to a guy who had 20 pounds on me…sound familiar?
What is your current training split?
What and how much (if any) cardio are you doing?

Im doing a special 4weeks post contest training to avoid injury from weaker tendons but still benefit from rebound
We lowered the intensity but upped the volume, i dont go to failure and do as many as 8sets on a couple exercises
Day1 : legs ~24sets
Day2 : chest/shoulders ~16sets each
Day3 : back ~ 24sets
Day 4 : biceps/triceps ~ 16sets each
I’m still in on the 14mo challenge ![]()

Same here, I won’t enter a contest until I have at least 15 more pounds of quality mass on me.

Your legs remind me of Arnold’s in Pumping Iron when he’s at that photo shoot…
So I was right? I guessed that you’d be onstage at 192! Lol - great job man - you look amazing.
Good luck with your offseason!!

It changes every week with meadows tbh… I prefer to start with some inclined pressing and usually there is an emphasis on the stretched portion of the movement wether im pressing or doing flyes
