I think ive added some size pretty much everywhere and will be in a good spot to start my prep in just a few weeks

Ill be having 3500cals on training days and 3400 on off days. Biggest drop coming from carbs and then from fat
1cheatmeal/week of max 1500cals

Didnt have room.to add.volume/frequency no
If 3500cals.it too low and I.drop.too fast cals will be added
I.will be starting a prep thread from 16weeks out. I talked with JM and ill be posting my cals, macros, and the whole.actual.meal.plan in there
I will.also post any changes to the plan and you guys will be getting updates very similar.to.those ill be.sending.John

Im 70 inches and from feet to hipbone is 39inches.from what I just measured lol

I agree with all the other posters - nice progress.
However, I still believe that quad thickness/fullness (legs from front; not in the side shot) is a weakness. To me, your awesome upper body overpowers your legs. You seem to have the opposite problem of ebomb.
Does anyone else agree or am I full of shit?

My outter quads could improve but I honestly think this is mostly due to the angles of the pics and even of the video
Ive got none taken from the hips so they all make my legs looks weak
Ill be taking pics from the hips for precontest so we’ll see I guess, but you may also be right although irl most ppl seem to say my legs are a strong bodypart
This is really cool best of luck on the comp. Do you have an idea of how much weight you will have to lose for the comp, or are you just going solely by the mirror?

I have an aproximate idea based on last prep and where I was when I started it and where ill be now and a couple other factors but its hard to tell
Last show I started at 212 and was softer than I am now at 220. Ended up at 192 for weight in but had carbed up 3days pre contest
This year I will most likely be carbing up after weight ins. I grew into the show last year and will most likely do so again this year…
Probably going to end at around 195-200lbs… idk… but id say i need to lose about 25lbs of fat right now, and then some subq water
