Well last offseason I was 211 but way softer than I am now…i probably have.a very solid 10lbs over last year

Yes! But I maybe wasnt clear! Im not 221 now, im 215-216 buttt way leaner than I was at 211 last year!! :slight_smile:

Nice man! That’s some solid gains, and knowing john I imagine you’re staying pretty healthy throughout which is always good lol

I’d like to give you an answer here but truthfully it changes every week :confused:

Sometimes its biceps/triceps supersets

Sometimes all biceps then all triceps

Sometimes biceps supersets then triceps supersets

Usually 12-14 sets for bis and 12-14 for tris

Big focus on just getting as much blood in there, not much “heavy” lifting
