They have stayed at 4800 for a while as I needed to stay pretty lean, I actually posted the full on my fb page

4800 calories a day? How much cardio are you doing? You’ve stayed impressively lean for someone with that caloric intake.

Its actually french toats lol but I use 1 egg per slice of bread to it “spills” over the bread

4 eggs mixed with vanilla essence
4 ezekiel bread slices
cooked in virgin coconnut oil
then I put 1tbsp of organic butter on them
then I add some 0cal maple syrup

and well black coffee and 1.5cup of spinach with some low cal dressing

Started following your FB. Good stuff on there. I saw your diet you posted, was this supposed to say 3800 instead of 4800? That would make a little more sense lol.

3800 off days 4700 on days actually

Right now I have 2 off days, but half the time I have 0 off day lol
