How does Meadow delegate time between his ever expanding list of clients?

It is his full time job and I imagine he works from home so would think he can easily dedicate 40 hours a week to it, excluding other stuff like writing articles and his website etc.
Plus there would be a huge crossover for alot of clients with regards to diet and training.
So that would cover a hell of a lot of people.
He’s also said his experience of working in a high pressure corporate environment makes him very efficient with him time.

I get 2 cheat meals per week if I want them, which I rarely do… I just dont think its beneficial when you are in a caloric surplus to eat “crap”

Agreed, ironically, save the cheating for the leaning out process.
