Hey just wanted to chime in and say your getting quite a fan following on other sites and on the web in general. Some tumblr bodybuilding related accounts have some pics and even gifs of you.
Any way you can tell me where to look lol im curious
Forearms are blowing up too. You doing anything in particular for them? I almost never see them worked out directly in the workouts that people post online from JM

Well most of my trainings include hammer curls or reverse ez bar curls
I also think that just gripping the bar as hard as you can instead of just holding it helps a lot

I really like that style, it makes the weight feel 10x heavier and you get a PHAT pump in your forearm.

First time actually checking out your log Julien. Definately will pay more attention to this.
I am also suffering from a severe case of forearm DOMS from reverse ez bar curls yesterday.

Off-season is treating you well! What’s you diet like these days…more of a Meadows’ Mountain Dog diet or do you still Skip load every now and then?
Meadows is doing my whole diet plan offseason! I get 2 cheat meals per week if I want them, which I rarely do… I just dont think its beneficial when you are in a caloric surplus to eat “crap”
skipload in the offseason got me fat last year, IMO

What are you thinking of doing for your prep diet, long way away I know but interested in if you would do skipload again since you did awesome last time.

I’ll probably do this with JM too since things are going amazingly well so far
My back completely changed and my arms almost gained an inch and I stayed pretty damn lean imo
