So you have 2 incline movements per chest session? Or you alternate between doing the incline variation first OR third?
Is that primarily figuring out what works best for you, or JM’s program design, or bringing up “weak” points? A combination?

JM changes my exercises every week but most weeks I have two inclined movement and its usually the first and 3rd exercise :slight_smile:

For weak points we just add extra training sessions for that bodypart lol :slight_smile:
Recovery is in check
