Hey zraw I have a question about those 1 arm barbell rows you were doing in that video a few pages back. I did them today and they felt a little awkward. How do you place your feet, like how close to the barbell? Also, when I start the movement I keep my chest up and do not round my back. I guess overall I am just unsure how to properly set up the movement? Thanks in advance man! Awesome work!!!

Front lat spread, and hammies are looking great man.
good job man back is looking a lot wider now
for some reason the upper lats were always the easiest bodypart for me to grow (but it probably just looks that way since i have such a small waist) pretty much grew from just doing pull-ups

Hey! depending on the weeks I was either going 5-6-7 times… but 7 times/week takes its toll! Im finishing the current program and starting new one tomorrow. I MIGHT be training arms 2x/week for the next 12weeks, we’ll see
