ZRAW,
What sort of rest periods does Meadows incorporate for larger bodyparts (chest, back, legs)?
Thanks,
Tim
Its mostly a ā€œhow I feelā€ kinda thing but as soon as I feel ready to go back at it its go time

This usually means 45-60secs except for legpresses/squats where its more in the 2-3mins zone
Thanks for the input, pretty much what I would have guessed.

Nop as I am not using Plazma and Indigo anymore

Glad youll be following :)
This is your off-season, right? Man you are keeping it tight and looking good!

Im still growing… the scale is going up… but im also leaner…
Lol

Remember how I said my back would probably improve fast due to using straps.correctly?..

What do you like to do to get more definiton between upper part of pecs at the middle line. It’s nicely defined in your avatar. I’ve started doing more incline dumbell presses and some incline flys, but I am curious to know what you prefer?

Dude those 1 handed Barbell Bent over rows are so fucking money, I love them now.

Inclined db press/barbell/smith as first and third exercises during chest workouts

Never used inclined flyes, ever

Glad you guys liked the one arm bb rows! Ive been slacking on the filming and accidently deleted a full arms workout too… will be posting more soon

Leaning down a bit but still growing… got a couple shoots in april

what is your current weight?

what are you current goals - ie amy thing in particular you are looking to bring up?

how are you going to measure progress over say the next 6-12 months? purely photos or weights/measurements etc (i know this is now popular to disregard, interested in your thoughts)
zraw wrote:

Why not? Do you think they’re ineffective?

210lbs

Trying to get chest thicker, improve lats and grow overall

Measuring progress with mix of pics/weights/measurements

I do actually

Unless using a cable attachement I think the ROM where you do get an actual stretch/contraction is too small

just as a ballpark what do you expect to get up to before you start your next prep? 220?

do you even think like that or not remotely?

DAMN YOU Z, AND THAT ROUND MIRROR!

I swear it’s the same pic for months now!

lol

So you have 2 incline movements per chest session? Or you alternate between doing the incline variation first OR third?
Is that primarily figuring out what works best for you, or JM’s program design, or bringing up ā€œweakā€ points? A combination?

Either way, this is one of the few threads i’ve been following and I don’t think i’ve actually posted in here yet though, so, yeh good work and I’ll definitely continue following. Already learnt a lot from it.
