What do you like to do to get more definiton between upper part of pecs at the middle line. Itās nicely defined in your avatar. Iāve started doing more incline dumbell presses and some incline flys, but I am curious to know what you prefer?

Unless using a cable attachement I think the ROM where you do get an actual stretch/contraction is too small

So you have 2 incline movements per chest session? Or you alternate between doing the incline variation first OR third?
Is that primarily figuring out what works best for you, or JMās program design, or bringing up āweakā points? A combination?
Either way, this is one of the few threads iāve been following and I donāt think iāve actually posted in here yet though, so, yeh good work and Iāll definitely continue following. Already learnt a lot from it.
