I am not Zraw, so I cannot be 100% certain, but, considering that he is an adult, I am pretty sure that he eats on his own and no one feeds him.

i just ask because im going to be training with John for the next year after im done dieting with Shelby, and Shelby is going to be doing my diet for that period… im worried I wont be given enough food in my diet from Shelby to match John’s training…
im a lifelong glutton with an insatiable appetite (u would think this would be a good thing for bodybuilding, but it’s more of a curse)… this is why i wanted to have a high-volume, high-intensity trainer…

Considering Shelby has trained with John for years now, and trains many of his clinets, I think he knows what kind of food intake to use. And if not, he is smart enough to provide you with more food should things not be working in your favor in 1-2 weeks.
