I had to scroll down to find this thread, that’s not right, it should be stickied.
Seeing some of you guys ask for it to be stickied is pretty cool ![]()
Thx

How do I become like the guy in your avi
Definitely motived to train arms in a more effective fashion, and I don’t mind using light weights (especially since I train in my basement).
How often do you think you could train arms?
I am thinking even with an intense workout (drop sets, great pump, etc) they would recover fairly quickly because:
- Not going heavy so limited CNS and joint strain
- The pump should help facilitate recovery with proper peri workout nutrition
Just asking because arms are a definite weak point of mine and something I need to bring up if I actually want to look like a bodybuilder.

You could probably train them 2x/week but as far as im concerned its currently the only bodypart im not training 2x/week lol…
Reason being I train both chest/shoulders and back 2x/week and this means even though the main focus isnt on my arms they still get hit from these sessions

3 Easy Steps:
-
Grow out “Designer Stubble” that would make most Calvin Klien models jealous.
-
Dress like Brad Pitt from any one of the Oceans 11 movies.
-
Only sleep with women that look like the kind of woman that Tom Brady would impregnate.

I was wondering if you could post your dimensions?
We know your height n weight, what about arm size, thigh calf, chest etc? Its pretty hard to tell off pics.
I’m a bit confused as to why this isn’t stickied as well…
Are you still using Plazma and i3g? How’s that going?
Any news in general? Found anything that works particularly well lately?
Oh and I don’t know if you caught any English news lately but there’s a big scandal over here about horse meat being found in a lot of supermarket’s beefburgers. Everyone is up in arms about it but my first thought was; well, zraw eats horses… ![]()
I also eat horse meat on the daily, a few of my friends and family actually find it slightly offensive because it’s a horse rather then cow. Shit all the same to me though all i care about is the nutrition content.

Yes im still using Plazma and Indigo-3G ![]()
Honestly, Plazma is great. As I wrote many times it keeps my energy level stable thruout the workout, gives me a crazy pump and doesnt make me bloated AT ALL, even if I drink over 2L of fluid
As far as “news”… i dont really got any
We switched to 7days/week program and I really only started it so hopefully I will start to see results from that very soon
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED doing supinated close grip pulldowns facing AWAY from the pulley though… the stretch is so damn good… the weight I used was 135lbs I think and it was plenty enough haha
YAY HORSE MEAT, EAT IT EVERYONE
