Holy shit man. Your rear delts have gotten too big for your triceps! hah. I’d take that problem any day though.
Great delts bro
Your shoulders and chest separation are godam ridiculous man.
You are gonna look insane by your next show in 2014. Looking forward to it.
Think you can give me any tips i havent already heard as far as shoulder development goes? Definitely a lagging muscle group for me.

If you don’t mind me asking, why aren’t you using it anymore?
And any chance on seeing some hard training vidz? Would be great motivation.

Hmmm something I realize a lot of people do on most lateral raises (not partials side laterals) is use too much weight… same goes for front raise…
Make sure you use a weight that you actually really do control on the descent and dont just “fight against” when lowering.
This means that you could stop the movement at any point and go back up top… You can try holding and squeezing for half a sec on top of the rep to see if you are not using momentum too… I use the 20s for my full rom side laterals to give you and idea… lol

Starting to film videos this week actually!
Z, your earlier advice RE: biceps was helpful. What really got it for me was doing the 3-second descent BB curls and mimicking the ROM on P-curls.
New question: I’ve been attempting to incorporate Meadows Rows into my routine for the past few weeks. I have this exact setup:
My issue is that I keep only feeling the movement in my rear delt. I’ve decreased the weight, placed my feet the same way JM has it, etc. I think it’s just an issue of what I’m doing with my elbows. Do you have any advice regarding establishing a MMC on that exercise?
Thanks.

hmm, hearing you use the 20s makes me think maybe I am using too heavy.
How many reps do you do when you do full ROM laterals?

Yeah, my belief is the only guys who can go heavy and moderately lower reps (less than 12) on lateral raises and actually get some benefit out of it are the genetically gifted in that area.
Actually kinda surprised to hear that you use 20’s for your full ROM lateral raises Z, since you’re one of the most boulder-shouldered on this site. Also curious as to your rep range.

damn, im really surprised your rep range i that low with such a low weight. Do you use these after the delts are already pretty well fatigued from other movements, or are they still fresh?
hmmm, Zraw maybe your next training video could be shoulders…

I would guess that he is just not using the Reactive Pump training program since he already hired JM for his training/nutrition prior to it being released.
hi Julien,
I was wondering, what is the number one training variable that worked to bring up your hamstrings. Looking through this log they have made some serious improvement, major props.
