Legs are straight up impressive now. The progress there has, more than anything else, been the most impressive to me. Straight up changed the entire shape of the leg adding those hamstrings. I am inspired as well.

Thats 20pounds on contest weight in a bit under 4weeks huhu
Little update to say there wont be much updates for the next 2weeks as Im taking fulllly off and will try to think about bodybuilding the least I can so might not even come on here much! ![]()
After that its 2weeks training @5x/week and then its party time with 7x/week workouts BOOM
Exactly 4weeks post contest today, ending at 212lbs morning weight, made the weight in at 192 and hadnt cut water yet so thats a 20lbs gain
I will post a front relaxed pics, I did gain some fat (obviously) but am still pretty lean
