By the way, for front delts what do you usually do? I can imagine maybe some front raises or incline benches, as meadows has stated in some of his articles…

I dont typically do a lot for front delts! Depends on the weeks but sometimes I dont have anything, sometimes just some front raises, sometimes some kind of pressing movement after having worked the side and rear delts… it changes a lot

He’s posted here for awhile, if you look through his post history you can see his earlier pics.

Been away for a while. You made great progress(sick X-mas tree btw)but watch your waist line during side turns and pull your hands back more on rear standing relaxed pose. Good luck!

Ditch the plastic tupperware and get glass. You don’t want to microwave in those things.

I actually have a regular plate at work that I use to put my food in and cook

Not trying to be pushy, but I think a lot of us (or least I know I would) would love to see more training videos during your off-season, especially with the voice-over commentary and stuff. I feel that’s the best way to get ‘known’ (alon with Q & A videos), plus, you doing strictly Mountain Dog training will make your videos not the traditional generic

Chest Day
Incline BB → Flat DB → Cable Flies

routine that every other BB’er does on youtube. lol.

So if you have time, moar videos plzzzzzz kthanxbye

I agree, as much as your time permits, more vidz please.

Videos are something I want to do im just waiting for my trainings to be “fun” as right now im only doing about 3 exercises per workout but a lot of sets… so very effective but not super fun to watch haha…

Gimme 2-3 weeks

Theres a lot of hate on these forums lately about plastic, if it’s food safe PP (has a 5) then it’s fine to use in a microwave.

To be at risk you’d have to have the thing in a microwave for 100 years constantly to really do any damage.

Had a very good legs workout!

Will start filming training videos in two weeks

Growing so fast… was 210 this morning lol
