HUGE!!!

Legs became awesome!
Back shows fantastic improvement.
Forearms thick, small waist.
Cartoonish! Very well done!

6weeks out.

5weeks out from Provincials
Working hard to make it into the light heavies

Do you think you can make it to the light heavies in 5 weeks? I don’t know where you are right now.

Looking very sharp, right now, though!

Waist seems to have a grown a small amount, keep an eye out for that.

Cals have been lowered a lot lately, I do think I’ll make it but it won’t be fun

I’ll also need to stay up all night to fill back up
I was 209 yesterday morning, I usually take my weight at my lowest, on the saturdays. When I took my weight last saturday I was at 211 so I will most likely be around 207-208 this week

Just need to get to 204 and then it can all be done in the final week

Lol. It has not, thx

Dem quad feathers! Looking sharp Julien. What was your contest weight in your first show of the spring? Has your training been affected much by pushing the conditioning a bit further?

you’ve made great progress and presented a much better package, that’s all that really matters.

well done and keep up the good work

Hey Z,

In your pics from 6 years ago you seemed to have a really long torso in comparison to the rest of your body, creating a more flat and boxy look than that awesome X you got now.

Was this something you were conscious of at all and kept in mind during your training? If someone has a really long torso would you just simply recommend more back/lat and shoulder work?

Ooooh, good question. I have a long torso and short legs. I’d like to hear your thoughts on this too!

Working on pretty much everything on your upper frame will help, imo… thicker/rounder pecs, rounder delts, lats that pop more all help

I’ll be at my all time best for sure in 3weeks… im already at a point ive never been before as far as condition is concerned…

I’m still working with John Meadows but will also have Sebastien Cossette with me backstage and the whole week prior to the show to make necessary adjustments that might be harder to catch with pictures only

Not sure there are still people following here, don’t think so but who knows

Im currently exactly 2 weeks out from my best showing to date  and feel like total crap yay

I’m still following and I’m sure a number of others are too. I thought you had stopped posting here for a little while…?

As long as you keep posting here you will have people following along, progress is continually at a high standard with you lately and I’m looking forward to seeing what you bring to the stage this time around!
