Jtownlax MAKING YOU BIG AND LEAN

Looking at zraw’s last post and seeing how i will not be able to fully commit myself to this for another 1.5 months i will have to withdraw myself from this. I am very sorry for wasting your time and efforts zraw and hope someone else can still benefit from this. In all honestly bodybuilding just isn’t the first priority right now. Again sorry for all this.[/quote]

What happened?

Bro I played sports 5-6x a week, lifted 5x, and go to a top 20 university. Only reason I stopped a few weeks ago was b/c of injury. Delete your facebook or stop jerking it to saturday morning cartoons. You think an opportunity like this is going to present itself to you again - for FREE?

THIS

you said it man. props to Zraw for putting his money where his mouth is and genuinely contributing to the board instead of using as a place to proclaim his awesomeness.

i am gonna enjoy this. i hope it works out

Are you 100% shure that there cant be made a plan wich makes this and the lax team thing compatible?

Wasted opportunity

i competed at d 1 level track/field, trained 2 times a day 5-6 x week, had two part time jobs and school work. what the hell is the matter with young people these days.

my wife’s son plays for a all star travel LX team too, and he can train 3 times a week at least too.

I don’t even wanna know how much it would cost to have someone literally be our 1 on 1 coach with us and answer any of our questions about our nutrition, workout, or supplementation. Let alone how much it would cost for someone like Zraw, you can do it.

I probably could make it work but bodybuilding and being a good lacrosse player don’t really fit the same bill. I think i need to focus more on strength and speed. I am really sorry for wasting everyones time. I am ashamed to even show my face on this site anymore because i know i fucked up badly.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, I think the only reason everyone is kind of upset is they know your potential and what you could end up getting out of this.

More muscle = probably stronger + your lax training probably helps you with speed and agility and stuff like that.

I hate to see you give up on this, so please take a step back and atleast think twice before you give this up.

Damnit, you had kind of the same body type as me currently wanted to follow this.

Zraw I’d gladly take his place lol, 18 yrs old 5’9 164 lbs atm only been lifting for a month, I think I have good genetics and I have no school/work atm so I’d give 110%

I think that you’re assuming that if you follow Zraw’s plan, you’re going to be a muscle-man that is unable to wipe his own ass.

Most of us have been TRYING for years, and have thus far not reached that status. You can follow a BB diet and routine, all while maintaining and improving your athleticism. Granted there ARE better ways to train for sports, BUT this is the kind of 1-on-1 opportunity that you will never get again at no cost.

Coaches range from a couple hundred to 1000+. I know Zraw is dedicated, and you should be too. Why not give it 6 months fully dedicated, then reassess?

Or don’t, and regret it sooner than later

i’ll take jtownlax’s place.

Sorry guys i have written down the pros and cons of giving this up but i must dedicate everything i have to lax. I cannot even express how sorry i am for wasting everyones time and giving this up.

I know for a fact i will regret this and trust me i am not giving this up just because i am afraid of gaining mass. I literally don’t even have the time to eat all the meals zraw had planned let alone train consistently. My lax schedule changes every week and i know i can’t be consistent. Again i really am very sorry.

"645- wake up
745-235 - school
5-7 - lax practice/game
11- bed "

7 - meal one
930 - meal two shake + rice cakes - 10mins top
~12 - meal three
4- meal four pre lax
730 - meal five post lax
10 - meal six

you couldve make it work. just dont want to imo.

Hey JTown, priorities man. Priorities.

If you have been accepted ton play for a prestigious travel lacrosse team (that is what you said right?) then you must be pretty good and could possibly earn a scholarship right? If that is the case then focusing 100% on your LAX is the right decision. I’m sure you will get a lot of flack for this but if you have a shot at a scholarship and getting 30-80+ thousand dollars paid for because of lacrosse I say focus on that for now.

Good luck with the travel team.
