Went out last night and got schwasty. It was a good time. I danced so much I think I put myself in a calorie deficit. lol. Today’s session was decent despite the circumstances.

No training today, gym is closed for MLK Day (damn him, jk). Anyway, I had great results with my traditional eating plan. I went from 187.0 to 193.0 lbs with minimal fat gain despite less cardio and overall activity in general. My strength went up as well. I have pictures if anyone is interested.

Anyway, back to college life. Plan is to eat IF-style again. I won’t do any cardio this week because I need to get my appetite baseline first. It’s going to be tough eating huge post-workout meals again. I anticipate maintaining my weight or losing 1-2 pounds while simultaneously leaning out a bit.

Excited for this semester, just trying to get good grades, get paid, get laid and bring up my bodyweight! haha

I was feeling really small in the gym today. The pump had me feeling better by the end though. I felt pretty decent and I’m definitely stronger on some movements now than I was when I left for winter break. I, as well as others, think I look bigger as well.

I’m just going to post a bit about my mindset right now…I’m frustrated. I’m making progress and getting bigger and stronger but that’s honestly not enough for me. Now that I know the truth about drugs and bodybuilding, I can’t look at being a natural in the same way. I feel as if I’m cheating myself by not using and that I’m using the excuse of ‘maximizing natural potential’ as a way to tell myself I’m not scared of using drugs. The truth is, I am scared. I’m scared of side effects, I’m scared of not responding well and having no more trump cards, and I’m scared of the legal issues.

All I know is, in the future I will be using. If I don’t, I know I can’t reach the physique I desire. Once I reach a lean 210 (that will probably be two years from now, when I’m 21), it’s game time.
