Super duper explosive front squats. RDL’s had room for progress. Leg extensions felt good as well. I went to the doctor today and apparently I’m due for a rhino-septoplasty sometime this year. That’ll be yet another obstacle but I’ll overcome. 405+ RDL and front squat in 2012. Ohlehdowit, ayyyyy.
