Sorry I haven’t updated in a while. On Thursday I did 4 sets of 2 with 315 on the axle for bench, and then 225x14, followed by triceps. On Thursday, did some stones and rope pulls.
This is my 5th set of stones:
I purposely avoided the lap to make it harder.

Does the stone ever stick to your shirt?

Nope, not at all. I also don’t use tacky, which may have something to do with it.
Did some deadlifts/back/bis/rear delts today.
Felt like testing myself, here’s 525 (axle is 25lb, on a normal bar it would have been 545):
Then I did some other stuff. I was surprised my grip was that good, I think I’ll go for 6 plates (565) next week if I feel good.
Well, sorry I haven’t updated this log in a while, been busy at Dark Star Media, my game studio I made with a few friends. I’ll be starting back on here on Sunday, on a program similar to the Bulgarian method, to the effect that it takes advantage of high frequency maximal lifts.
This is how my 1st will look, upper body lifts at 50-70% of my max, and lower body 30-50%, for obvious reasons as I need to build up to this:
Sun
Push Press
Cable Row
Deadlift
Curl/Fly
Mon
CG Bench
Pullup
Back Squat
Calves/Abs
Tue
Strict Press
Dumbbell Row
18 Inch Deadlift
Crucifix/Rear Delts
Wed
CG Bench
Cable Row
Karlsen Squat
Leg Curl/Leg Exts
Thur
Push Press
Pullup
Zercher Deadlift
Curl/Fly
This’ll go on for 4 weeks, then I up the percentages…
I have a big ass chart I made to guide this split, but I’m not putting it here.
Hey bro, I’m still here. I checked out the pages for the studio. Twas legit. What role do you play?

Well since we sadly only have 4 members now, I’m lead and ONLY programmer, along with my sound engineer Beuys Dorminvil, and my artists Erwan Cesar, and Ziare Davis. Just plugging names. Dark Star Developers (hidden page) is were all the magic really happens. Were currently working on a 2D sidescrolling gore-fest akin to “The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai” for iOS, Android, PC, and Mac, as the small project is more suited to are tiny team size.
That’s pretty awesome man. Good luck. It’ll grow in time.
Routine looks solid. Very cool that you have a little games development company going though… really hope you kill it.

Thanks man, I hope I can find more college age and under people that wanna join in in the tri-state area!
Decided to move the lower body percentages to the same as upper body. I did:
Deadlift: 285x50 (Not In One Set)
Push Press: 145x50 (Not In One Set)
Pullups: 3x10, My elbows were hurting from the high rep push pressing. Lesson learned: Don’t do that stupid shit.
Curl: 25s for 60 reps, without letting go of the weight. Brutal.
Flies: 20/25s for 60 reps like above.
1st day, pretty brutal, tried to take short rests, but I realize the volume is pretty unnecessary, and high rep push pressing is bad.
Today I did several sets of 5 reps with really short rests with:
ATG Back Squat: 205
CG Bench Press: 175
Then I did 60 reps for time with 150 on cable rows.
Then, 100 rep calf raises and abs.
Then, I foam rolled. Felt awesome!
I forgot to update yesterday.
Yesterday I did 5 reps with short rests for:
350# rack pulls
60# one arm standing dumbbell press.
And I did 60 reps on pulldowns at 100lb, should have gone higher.
Did some crucifix holds with 26# kettlebells, and some rear delts.
New training is looking very different indeed, hope it works out for you

Thanks man!
I did 5 reps with short rests for:
295# Karlsen Squat
185# CG Bench Press
Did 60 rep cable rows with 160#.
Tried out the new GHR some guys at the gym got. Did several sets of 15.
Foam rolled. Feels better every time.
Good news, my legs stopped getting sore!
Yesterday Did Sets of 5 with 205 on zerchers, and sets of 3 with 205 for push presses. Did some other stuff.
I generally like the idea of the split, but don’t think it’s a good idea at this point, so I’m going back to my other split:

Welp I won’t be training for a while…
Yesterday morning I got hit by a car, and I can barely walk. It seems to be a quadriceps injury, thank God it’s a muscle, and not a tendon or bone, so it should heal fast. No training for a while…
P.S. Vicodin is utter garbage; why couldn’t I get Percocet?
