I had alot of training yesterday, I don’t remember all the numbers.

Anyhow, I tried a Bench shirt for the first time, and I did 308lb to the chest. Not that impressive, but it was the first time in shirt, and it was hurting like fuck, so I’m pleased with doing the lift anyhow.

Your Deadlift numbers are very impressive. Im a little heavier than you and twice your age and my deadlift is not as good. I disagree with you that your form is bad on your deadlift. A lot better than most. Very Impressed with your skill at your age.

Thank you. And yes, many people probably have worse form, but many people have better, too. -Lots of space for improvment.

Deadlift is definately my favourite excercise, it’s so simple, just lift the bar. And furthermore I’m built pretty good for deadlifting.

yeah, haven’t updated for a while, I’ve done a little deloading, and tomorrow I’ll be testing 1 rep max in the squat and bench. Wish me luck.

I did 185kg/407lb RAW squat and 120/264 RAW benchpress.

i have the same problem right now especially when i get fatigued or go a little to heavy

the camera angle is kinda distracting but not bad…your lifts are very impressive for your age and weight

keep it up
