Most ive pulled is 455 recently. Hook grip with a fairly narrow stance.
Heavy pulls seem to over-strengthen your grip for a few days which helps you perform better on other exercises.

Hit 495 yesterday, was a grinder and form went to shit but I got it, time for new goals!

Last heavy single was 430, but have pulled multiple sets of 405 x 4 though. On the road to 5 plates!

First month of real DL training; got 405 for 1 on the 24th of december.
Hopefully I can hit the 500lbs mark by time school’s out.
I’ve pulled 419 @ 198 and I’m looking to pull 451 @ 181 in March. Then hopefully 495 after that.

Last week I pulled 505 225lbs bodyweight. Had a slight hitch at just above the knees but good enough for me. Deadlift has always been a huge weakness for me so this was a huge milestone.
Pulled a clean 507 a few weeks ago at 210, will try for more soon.
gotten 405 only for singles before…time to make that epic journey to 495!
gonna start 3 month squat program and then see how many reps i can get at 4 plates, then move up from there

I havnt pulled straight weight off the floor in awhile because I train Conjugate Method but I hit 475 for a triple of a 2 inch deficit last week so I think I’m good for 500. Ill try it in 4 weeks and post a video. Everyone should post a video if they can.
doing dimmels and front squats with light weight and tested it the other day. I managed to grind out a dirty 475.
I would so be in for this but I haven’t deadlifted in like 6 weeks due to a lower back injury. Diagnosed as a pulled muscle but I’m worried it could be worse. I hit a 405 conventional raw deadlift about 2 months ago for a single. If my back heals up soon I’m down. If it doesn’t Ill be in rage mode anyways
Pulled 435x2 from a 3" deficit. Was pretty happy with that. Been squatting twice a week and just pulling 80%ish, for singles with heap of accessory work. Seems to be working.
Will be hitting 5 plates by mid year. Its going to happen!
495 at 190bw couple weeks ago.
Just hit 415x4 this week. Hit 415x5 last week and 405x7 the week before that.
So far still no belt but getting one soon. Don’t really know how much it’ll help me but hopefully I can get there by this month.
I’m in. I had such a hard time getting to 405. Once I got over the hump 405 is a no brainer. My best to this point is 425x4. My squat is much stronge than my DL. My grip needs work i’m sure. My goal is 500 for squat and DL. I think by the end of the year I should be there.
I hit 415 about a week ago.
Started the Coan/Phillipi routine today and am pretty beat up. Hoping to get to at least 465 in 12 weeks time.
