468 DL @ 160lb (now 165)
If everything goes right, in 10 weeks I’ll be hitting 520-540ish. Most I’ve done was 480 for a single. I’m not going to test it until this cycle’s done but hopefully I’ll be able to crush it!

I just pulle 451.8 at my first meet. Going for 500+ in June. That will make 3x bw at 165.

200 for a dirty single. Still a while off adding another half a plate.
So this will be the last video for me in this bad boy. On to 600! Competed in my first meet and managed a 502# pull. It felt good and know I could’ve pulled more. Can’t wait to do another meet.

Got 365 x5 yesterday. At 425lb operational max per 5-3-1.
Went backwards from 455 the 13th of Feb down to 415 now ; ( damn intestinal worm KILLED all nutritional value of food for two weeks, then spent the second two weeks cleaning out the system. Still working towards 495
by halloween though…thanks for the continued motivation ! 73" AND 197#
In. Hit 405 recently. Estimated 420 max according to 5/3/1 formula. Hope to hit 5 plates by end of year.

I’m sitting at an estimated 485 conventional right now, pulled 475 was easy pulled 500 even next set too fatigued; that was over a month ago I KNOW next time I’ll pull it just working on glutes and hams squatting heavy for the next couple weeks. Can’t wait for the next max eff. deadlift day
Ive been pulling 405 for like 2 years now. Maybe once every 4-6 weeks to make sure I could still do it, sometimes going over and got 435 and 455 here and there. I brought my front squat to 315 and back squat up to 405 for 1 rep high bar and deep during this period, tho. This makes me hopeful that now that I am focusing on PL strength again, and specifically the DL, I will rip through to 500 in a short period. I start working deads in again next week to get that 5th plate! Then I can coast for 2 more years while I pursue my next 3 goals lol.
I saw this thread a few months ago and it inspired me to go for it! My deadlift was estimated at about 435 at the time. I trained hard and this past thursday I pulled 495 for the first time! I would appreciate constructive criticism
After fixing my hideous form and working back up, I pulled new conventional pb at 200kg / 440lbs last week. Legs were a tad shaky but I probably had another 20lbs in me. This puts me well on track for 227.5kg/500lb by mid year. Hopefully!
My first day back DLing regularly went well today. Ive been sick for like 14 of the past 20 days and just got back in the gym, and hit 425 for 1. My legs are strong and I can rip it off the floor but the lockout is gonna be the weak point moving forward. Funny I had the opposite situation back when I brought my DL up to 405.
I am not looking forward to walking tomorrow.
